Yes, this is a range extension. The guys I was with were saying it was going to get sent into Herp. Review some time, but by now I'm guessing that's slipped through the cracks. There is C. collaris pretty close by.
Interesting - this is outside of what I've seen as the range for C. bicinctores. I would have thought it was C. collares over there.
