Notes
Observed all (4) of these helleri in one hibernaculum in the Santa Monica Mountains. The first two images are of adult male and female that were visually courting when first approached. Once observed, the pair separated. The female was photographed as found. The male retreated under natural cover which was moved for the voucher photo. The image of the pair was photographed as found under artificial cover, again, male and female. All (3) vouchers were photographed with iphone. Poor image quality.
