While driving for work I drove by this DOR Gopher Snake.
It was approx. 4 1/2 feet long. I didn't have any of my equipment with me to make accurate readings. It looked like it had been run over in its mid section and so I pulled it off the road and placed it on the dirt shoulder out of sight.
