Notes
Only spotted turtle found the entire summer by the National Park Service Crew on Cape Cod National Sea Shore. Either very uncommon or very secretive in the Outer Cape Cod. We marked him and determined he was 7-8 years old.
Comments
Yeah, my boss found that guy walking around in the dunes of Cape Cod National Seashore, it was found near a temporary wetland that was pretty much dried up, but there were more wetlands that held more water within 1/4 mile. Just added a photo for habitat.
Nice clean specimen. Any idea of the habitat it was found in?
