Was relieving myself, when an adult mitch went in and out of cracks as I was doing my business. When done, looking in the cracks and could not find it, I turned around and looked down and this juvie. was sitting there. Saw a DOR on hwy. 1 just north of the turn off for the bay rd.-(no photo)
