Another Real Estate agent sent me pics of a Ca. Mountain Kingsnake. I ran by the house to see if it was still out 2 hours later. I could tell it went under the siding-(most likely, from the pics) and looked in the build-up area below which had black tarping covering most the ground. I lifted the edges and actually found a few Monterey Ensatatinas, yet no zonata to be found. I photo'd these 2, saw a few more crawl further under the tarp as I lifted it but didn't want to mess up their tarping.
