Seen by night-shining (before dawn) in a natural spring. I had a feeling this might work since the closely-related Ouachita Streambed Salamander in Arkansas is surface-active in springs at night and can be found non-invasively by shining. Video quality was much superior to the one blurry picture I got before it swam away from the light after about two minutes of cooperating.
