Notes
Several adult pygmy short-horned lizards were found surface active. According to my vehicle, the air temp was in the 90s. This is by-far the hottest I've ever witnessed pygmy short horned lizards active. I assume the were utilizing sagebrush ground cover for shade and the open trail to thermoregulate.
