Notes
While looking for the surprisingly elusive Plethodon kisatchie in a historical locale along a floodplain forest, we turned up this small salamander near a temporary pool. The taxonomic options did not list the new taxonomy for Dwarf Salamanders from Louisiana, Eurycea paludicola, or "Western Dwarf Salamander."
