So much moisture in the air that visibility was reduced to a couple hundred yards in places. Despite having rained earlier in the day and earlier in the week and having runoff streams everywhere, cover was still quite dry underneath. I had been looking around and flipping for half-an-hour at this point and was just about to give up on slenders. Old cut palm log this little guy was flipped under was very dry underneath like all the others.
