should be regulated.. 1 acre of area bulldozed for a trail??????

not only that it was the best habitat in the area........ freakin morons...
What a shame. I just wonder if they know what they are doing when they plow and bulldoze areas like that. It seems like they do. Why do so much work for nothing?
