Notes
The snake was found out crawling along a canyon bottom about 1 week after a major fire in the area. The hillsides were all burned, with spotty burning in the canyon. This snake had a fairly severe burn on the mid-body dorsal surface, but appeared to be doing very well. It was photographed and released.
