Found under a boards.. North Palm Springs area near wind mills.
Very poor picture wind was blowing....
Habitat private, continuous building of windmills is dwindling habitat and burying Reptiles alive. Wind mills are not a GREEN energy source with the amount of destroyed habitat required to host them and maintain them.. They kill a lot of birds too.
