It could be T. s. fitchi. I wasn't sure myself when I posted the record, and still have some doubts, which is on reason I included a number of photos. I posted it as T. s. infernalis based on the red on the head.
This seems to be Thamnophis sirtalis fitchi rather than Thamnophis sirtalis infernalis.
