Notes
4 found only 3 listed here (vouchered) 4th picture never turned out, tried to do it quick..
1st one found at 8:40 am YOY (tiny)
2nd one found at 8:46 am adult (pic of one playing dead)
3rd one found at 8:49 am YOY (pic in hand)
4th one found at 8:51 am YOY no picture...
than nothing for an hour.... 11 minutes 4 Hognose.. It was like a quick sprint by all the snakes at the same time........
started hunting at 8 am stopped at 10 am all the snakes were found in that 11 minute window.. What triggers that movement of all the snakes at the "SAME" time.. All were found in a 1 mile stretch of road we worked over and over, and drove under 10MPH because the YOY
were so small and hard to see, we didn't want to run over any by mistake...
Habitat private, status unknown..
Amazing, this was my first try for a hog and to see 4 AOR and 1 DOR in a short time frame was amazing to me.. Sure was a special 11 minutes and fortunate to see so many in such a short time frame..
