Notes

Gray-greenish above, lacking conspicuous red tubercles; below dirty-white with dusky throat. During stormy night, five located on paved road parallel with gravel based wash. Scattered choruses heard. Spadefoots were found here at elevations of 2300 to 2700 ft. At higher elevations sagebrush habitat was transitioning into live oak and sycamore.
