After looking a little further, I noticed that all my P. obsoletus entries were identified as Texas rats. I went ahead and added the ssp., which seems to fix the problem.
Brandon, the obsoletus species includes lindheimeri (Texas rat) as well as a handful of others. Our SC ssp is quadrivittatus, the yellow ratsnake.
