Notes
1 coal-backed phase found under log in same area that many red-backed salis had been found two days earlier. Rain actually made the surrounding areas much wetter than the area under the log. Salamanders were much more sluggish due to cold early morning. Shown pictured with red-backed phase sali found nearby.
