Notes
Brown above, pale yellow below. Dorsal scales small and shinny, with 46 lengthwise scales at midbody. Tail short and scarred. Female measuring SVL 572 mm (22½ in.), TL 633 mm (25 in.). Discovered beneath board situated in thick leaf-litter and shaded by Coast Live Oak. Day was warm and followed by initial, significant rain of the season. Temperature 18 C (65 F).
