Very poor voucher. Photo of Whiptail is just of the corner of the mirror. Found in the intergrade zone. New Picture added of same Whiptail. Found on the extreme NW corner of L.A. County.

That's a tough lizard to photograph. I believe the only intergrade zone that occurs in LA County is between the Great Basin Whiptail (A. t. tigris) and the Coastal Whiptail (A. t. stejnegri) subspecies. A. t. munda occurs north and west of LA County, (or maybe in the northwest corner of the county). I suggest changing this record to one of the other subspecies or, if you are willing, clarify what part of the county it was observed (NW?).
