11" Yearling Speckled king uncovered while flipping trash/debris. Healthy, active. Was under a piece of carpet in full afternoon sun, 3' from water edge, on east side of lake. Locations was inside city, at man made lake in river cooridor/flood plain. Area was also well populated with skinks.
