Older range map from the DCNR showed northern... which this obviously is not. thanks

Septentrionalis occurs in the northwestern counties. The snakes that occur in the northeastern counties are of undetermined status.
Great find. These snakes are getting scarce. Shame it had to be in that condition.
Eastern ribbon in area I would have thought should be northern ribbons. Septentrionalis.
