Rather cool - one of the very few whiptails that I've flipped and caught easily. 4th photograph shows board that he was flipped from. Showed the little guy off to curious border patrol agents who were wondering what I was up to - they're apparently used to such people and were very polite.
What looked like the same whiptail was seen out in the open at approximately 11am in warmer weather on the following day.
