Notes
This snake was found about 100 yards from the ca/nv border, on the ca. side, and was found with a masticophis. We actually saw the truck in front of us hit a patchnose, as we stopped and pulled over and right there when we got out on the passenger side was this atrox and a masticophis together in a bush....pretty cool for stopping for a wriggling patchnose. Although I was bummed when I saw we were just shy of being in NV....
