Notes
Found dead on the Sparta Ridge Road, in the southern foothills of the Wallowa Mountains. This specimen has a mixed blending of oreganus/lutosus characteristics, being from the eastern end of a 50 to 75 mile wide intergradation zone between the two subspecies in Oregon, which extends about 300 miles from the Bend area to the Snake River, near Baker City.
