I went hiking earlier looking for snakes. Then I came home only to have my cat find me a snake on my own back porch!! My cat was looking out the window acting funny and I thought he saw a bird and I look out the window to see the tail of a baby gopher snake :). My first snake of the year came early right to my bedroom window lol!

Haha yeah! I moved to a new place that backs up to a canyon and I have high herp expectations for this property! You would love it because so many birds visit throughout the day. I am going to have to borrow a bird ID book from my sister because some of these I have never seen...
My cats found a Southern Pacific on my porch a couple years ago. Looks like you have the same disease I have. Pottedplant runamuckus!
