Dead on beach. The sea turtle preservation society had already processed it. STPS spray painted on shell.

Yes it's dead. Not sure why. It has been spray painted by the sea turtle preservation society with the letters stps on the shell. They do an investigation for FWC for all dead turtles that wash up.
