Probably H. chrysoscelis based on habitat and frogs heard calling outside the house in the past.

I've heard Cope's calling right next to the house I was at in the past, and Easterns calling from a small marsh and woodland accross the road (at least 1/4-1/2 mile away) but never next to the house like the Cope's.
Which one has been heard in that area? Go with that one... if both call, then your outta luck! Thanks for submitting it.
