This is Eleutherodactylus coqui calling at the same time as E. portoricensis, I believe. I believe you hear E. portoricensis followed by the higher pitched co-co-qui of E. coqui, the E. portoricensis answers with the lower co-qui call.
It had rained very heavily here all afternoon and stopped just before dark.
