Notes
This is a well-known robustus locality that should be flowing freely; however, it was completely dry, save for a few damp spots under rocks directly in the creek bed. I spent 5/16 and 5/17 visiting several known Tulare Co robustus sites and all but two were devoid of ANY moisture. Most appeared as though they had NEVER had water in them.
