Notes
7 common garter snakes observed on edge of clearing, along with one other snake that fled too fast and was not positively ID'd. Four vouchered. Seven more snakes had been seen in the other half of the clearing 15 minutes earlier. Area was wooded, but heavily impacted by nearby residential and recreational activity.
