This was a large adult male Texas Spiny Lizard that was captured and swallowed while we watched by this Greater Roadrunner. The bulge on the right side of the birds neck is the just swallowed, still struggling lizard. The blood on the bird's beak came from beating the lizard on the ground before swallowing.
I watched the whole incident but the bird got the lizard swallowed before I could get to my camera.
